• The role is on full-time basis, Monday to Friday - hybrid role, so you can work remotely and from office (1-3 days a month in the office for meetings and catchups etc.).
• As a Leasehold Property Manager you will be responsible for delivering the professional, flexible and responsive service.
• Experience of Leasehold Property Management and knowledge of the legal requirements of Leasehold is essential for this vacancy along with experience of working in a fast-paced customer focused environment, problem solving and dealing with the unexpected.

Are you a skilled Leasehold Property Manager? Do you excel in delivering exceptional customer service and working at pace? We have established blocks that need managing and also looking to grow our department over the coming months.
We’re looking for a highly motivated candidate to join our team as a Leasehold Property Manager/Head of Leasehold.
The successful candidate will be:
• Effectively dealing with telephone enquirers and ensuring regular client communication
• Monitor requests for repairs and maintenance from leaseholders/ freeholders making sure they are all dealt with quickly and efficiently and ensure work is completed to client satisfaction.
• Deal with insurance claims, budget preparation and accounts
• Ensuring progress notes are taken
• Ensuring a friendly, helpful, honest and efficient attitude is maintained when dealing with the public, face-to-face over the telephone so as to enhance the professional image of the Company and provide a high quality of service.
• To be pro-active with regard to the management of the developments within the portfolio
• Carry out regular and detailed site visit and instruct maintenances resulting from the visits.
• Tendering for works
• Leasing with leaseholders, freeholders, residents, contractors, builders, accounts, insurance companies and solicitors.
• Ensure he Health & Safety process are adhered to in each development under management. (Asbestos, FRA, Cladding, etc)
• Monitor requests for repairs and maintenance from leaseholders/ freeholders making sure they are all dealt with quickly and efficiently and ensure work is completed to client satisfaction.
• Work with the Management Accountants with preparation of service charge budgets.
• Complete Section 20 processes
• Act as the Building Management Company secretary when required.
• Arrange and attend AGM, and Director meetings as and when required
• Overseeing the arrears cases until fully resolved, including instructing solicitors and seek legal actions.
• Use of internal systems, attending meetings, maximising opportunities with clients both existing and scoping new blocks to manage
The skills you’ll need:
• You thrive under pressure and will take pride in liaising with landlords and contractors to resolve both technical and practical issues and you be responsible for delivering impressive levels of customer service.
• Leasehold experience is paramount and ideally you will be AIRPM or MIRPM qualified.
• Strong administrative and IT skills
• The ability to work as part of a successful team
• Superb organisation and communication skills
• Full driving licence (essential)
