Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Chartered Landscape Architect to join a dynamic Landscape Architecture team in Newcastle, working as part of a multi-disciplinary business in a variety of sectors. To be considered for this role you must:
• Must have a masters in Landscape Architecture
• Passionate about Landscape Architecture
• Looking to be an integral part of a supportive, friendly team
• Has creative design ability
• An ability to write documents
• Knowledge of AutoCAD / Adobe Suite of packages and ideally Keyscape
• Ideally with a full UK driving licence or equivalent (own car not required)
• Live in Newcastle or willing to relocate before start date (for the right candidate other locations would be considered)
Key responsibilities Include:
• Producing creative design proposals that meet/exceed a client brief
• Liaising with clients on a regular basis ensuring designs meet their requirements
• Ensuring graphical and technical outputs are consistent in their quality
• Attending external meetings alongside Senior staff
• Liaising with other members of internal and external design teams to achieve coordinated design solutions
• Being involved at all stages of a project lifecycle with technical accuracy
