Stuart has been in the recruitment industry for over 28 years and is one of the founder members and directors of the company. Stuart specialises in the industrial and commercial sectors, dealing with many blue-chip clients over the years, performing roles from business development, branch manager, country manager and director. Stuart is a big family man, keen martial artist and a massive Arsenal fan!
Gareth has been with us for so long now he is 100% part of the furniture nowadays. Alongside heading up our Technology Division he is also responsible for the Training and Development across Connect Recruit. He really knows his stuff when it comes to not only the Tech industry, but Recruitment in general. As an Ex Professional Chef Gareth is our go to food expert, even though we only ever see him eat KFC. Outside of Work you will either find Gareth watching Doctor Who (He is a bit of a Whovian, He even has a Doctor Who Tattoo), Playing football, Spending time with His Son or in a bar that sells Tanqueray 10 and Fever-tree Elderflower tonic.
Phil looks over our entire accounts department making sure all our invoices are paid on time, as well as overseeing all our contractor timesheets. Most importantly though Phil is responsible for paying us all our Commission and expenses. Phil is big into his football, running and beer, so three things that really go well together. He is a big family man and spends his weekends treating his partner and children.
Aaron has joined us straight from university after studying accountancy and finance, so numbers is his thing so working within our Accounts payable team suits Aaron perfectly. He works closely with Lauren and Phil to learn all aspects of the roles. Outside of work he is a big gamer and spends his evenings online gaming or socialising with friends.
Alin has recently joined us and heads up our newest branch in Wigan, as a business owner in his native Romania he brings a wide variety of knowledge and experience to the role. Alin moved to the UK in 2017 and found his passion for Recruitment through helping others, he likes nothing more than matching candidates to the right placements which in turn sets them off on their desired career path. A keen listener to variety of music genres, Alin would be lost without Apple Music and enjoys listening to music with another passion of his, strong coffee.
Roxana, or Roxy for short, has been brought in to assist the growth of our newest branch in Wigan. Roxana has a passion for Temporary Industrial Recruitment and enjoys the chance to work with brilliant candidates and relishes the opportunity to help them find the right placement. Away from Recruitment Roxana has a passion for dancing something of which we are all looking forward to see at the upcoming Christmas Party! Roxana also enjoys travelling with Turkey high up on her destination list.
